I am Gabriella Montandon, a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ, HKICPA Fellow) and Certified Executive Coach with more than two decades of experience across FMCG, retail, industrial, and services businesses spanning EMEA, Asia, and Australasia.
Before founding Montandon Consulting, I held senior finance and advisory roles at PepsiCo, A.S. Watson Group, ALCOA, and the Lane Crawford Joyce Group — where I led financial strategy, operations, and governance across complex, multi-market organisations.
Today, I work directly with founders and CEOs as a fractional CFO and executive advisor. My clients are building businesses that matter to them — and I help ensure the financial foundations are strong enough to support their ambition.
I am based in Hong Kong and work remotely with clients worldwide. I am fluent in English and French, and I am deeply connected to the international business community through the Swiss Chamber of Commerce, CPA Australia, the Women’s Foundation, and the 30% Club, where I was recognised as a “Woman to Watch.”
